History of the College

An Islamically Oriented School Set Up for Greatness

“Zabib College is an Islamically oriented school set up to be a force for positive change and to inspire others to greatness. It was established in 2009.”

It began with just a single class (J.S.S. 1) at its primary section on 7th September, 2009. The school was later in 2010 moved to its present site at No. 11 Abdullahi Tsauri Road off Aliyu Barau Road L.Q. Unguwan Dosa Kaduna. Today, it proudly features both Junior Secondary (J.S.) and Senior Secondary (S.S.) classes, a large number of students, and a formidable team of able teachers.

Foundational Inception (J.S.S. 1)

The journey commenced with the pioneer Junior Secondary class at the primary section, under the founding vision of school proprietress Hajiya Aisha Yuguda and first coordinator Mr. Abubakar Albashir.

2010

Relocation to Present Permanent Campus

Moved to its present site at No. 11 Abdullahi Tsauri Road off Aliyu Barau Road L.Q. Unguwan Dosa Kaduna. Miss Jamila Bello assumed duties as School Principal, and Mr. Usman Ahmad was appointed new Coordinator upon Mr. Albashir's departure to further his education.

Zabib College is an Islamically oriented institution offering three fundamental areas of study: (1) Conventional Academic Area (National NERDC curriculum across Junior and Senior Secondary classes preparing students for BECE, WAEC, NECO, and CBT), (2) Islamic and Moral Area (character training, Islamic studies, spiritual discipline, and love of Allah), and (3) Vocational Area (practical technical crafts, ICT, and entrepreneurship skills for self-reliance).

Yes. Zabib College caters to both day and boarding students with dedicated pastoral care, continuous mentoring, separate student hostels, 24/7 power, and study halls rooted in Islamic values and moral discipline.

We use an internationally certified 100-mark evaluation structure: Continuous Assessment (CA tests, projects, quizzes) accounts for 40 marks, and the comprehensive terminal examination accounts for 60 marks. Results are securely published via our dynamic Result Processing System (RPS).
